Divided up a fault message in the virtual CPUs to be more specific.

The previous overhaul of Avida screwed up the order of instructions.  These
are now fixed in "inst_set.default".  I've also added an "inst_set.tmp" that
was the instruction ordering for the past few months in case people need to
keep it to have things work...
