Parasite map mode should work now. I cannot test it, because I don't
know how to run parasites. Could somebody please test?

If you don't like the colors/labels in the parasite map color scale,
you can change them in the constructor of the class ParasiteColorUtil
in file map_view_cell_entry.cc.
