Some more setup to implement new CPU types (nothing too drastic or important):
 * added files hardware_4stack.{cc,hh}
 * Setup the instruction library as a requirement to be passed into the
   hardware right at its creation, rather than be set later.
 * Added a bunch of asserts all over for debugging.
 * Added OK() methods to several classes for debugging.
