added various fields to cellviewer; cleaned-up coupling of various
modules to extra headers in core of avida.

modified qt-viewer/Makefile.am and qt-viewer/exp/Makefile.am to force
builds always; this is to fix problem of qt_viewer not rebuilding when
sources change.  Note that this can't be done with libraries unless
they're built in submakes or in the same makefile.
