The aspiration of SoCPaR 2009 is to bring together worldwide leading
researchers, developers,
practitioners, and educators interested in advancing the state of the art in
soft computing and pattern
recognition for exchanging knowledge that encompasses a broad range of
disciplines among various
distinct communities. It is hoped that researchers will bring new prospect
for collaboration across
disciplines and gain idea facilitating novel breakthrough. The 4-day
conference commencing from one
day workshop will feature prominent keynote speakers, tutorials, poster and
paper presentation in
parallel tracks. SoCPaR 2009 invites novel contributions/papers of soft
computing and pattern
recognition from fundamental aspects to various practical applications.

Papers:
Submission of paper should be made through the submission link in SoCPaR
2009 official website
(www.socpar.org). Please refer to the conference website for guidelines to
prepare your manuscript.
SoCPaR2009 proceedings will be published by IEEE Computer Society and
indexed by both EI
(Compendex) and ISTP. It is mandatory at least an author registers for every
paper that is included in
the conference proceedings. Proceedings will be made available during the
conference.

Dates:
Full paper submission: June 26, 2009
Paper acceptance / rejection notification: August 14, 2009
Camera ready submission : September 14, 2009
