Funded PhD places are available in the department of Informatics, 
University of Sussex. Studentships are available in various areas of 
Computer Science, AI and Cognitive Science including adaptive systems, 
Alife, bioinformatics, bio-robotics, computational neuroscience and machine

computational neuroscience, machine learning and adaptive systems are 
associated with the Sussex Centre for Computational Neuroscience and

Funded places are also available on our MSc in Evolutionary and Adaptive 
Systems.
