The goal of IPG'05 is to promote exchanges between scientists from different
disciplines (biology, mathematics, computer sciences) who are interested in
the extraction of knowledge from the wealth of data generated by genome or
post-genome projets.
Topics of interest include (the list is not exhaustive):
genome analysis, evolutionary genomics and nuclear organization
transcriptome and proteome analysis
system biology, regulatory networks analysis
artificial life, modeling
data mining
Abstracts presenting results of multidisciplinary approaches are
particularly welcome.
Abstracts (maximum 500 words, in English) must be submitted before the 29st
of September 2005 through the IPG website : http://ipg.insa-lyon.fr/
The notification of selected abstracts (for poster sessions or oral
presentations) will be available on the 1st of Novembre 2005 through the IPG
website.
The conference IPG'05 will be held in Lyon (Campus de la Doua, France), on
30 November, 1st and 2d December 2005.
