---------------------------------------------------------------
The EuroGP and EvoCOP conferences and the eight workshops
collectively entitled EvoWorkshops combine to form Europe's
premier co-located events in the field of evolutionary computing.
EuroGP:
9th European Conference on Genetic Programming: High quality
papers are sought on topics strongly related to genetic
programming, ranging from theoretical work to innovative
applications.
EvoCOP:
6th European Conference on Evolutionary Computation in
Combinatorial Optimisation: Invited are practical and
theoretical contributions related to metaheuristics,
including evolutionary computation techniques for solving
combinatorial optimisation problems.
EvoWorkshops:
EvoBIO: Bioinformatics and computational biology.
EvoHOT: Evolutionary algorithms applied to design automation.
EvoCOMNET: Communications, networks, and connected systems.
EvoIASP: Image analysis and signal processing.
EvoMUSART: Evolutionary Music, art, and creative systems.
EvoSTOC: Stochastic and dynamic environments.
EvoInteraction: Interactive and Humanized Computational Intelligence.
EvoPhD: Graduate student workshop on evolutionary computation.
The next event takes place in Budapest, Hungary. Featuring the
latest in theoretical and applied research, the topics include
recent genetic programming challenges, evolutionary and other
meta-heuristic approaches for combinatorial optimisation,
evolutionary algorithms in the biosciences, in music and art
domains, in image analysis and signal processing systems, in
hardware optimisation and as applied to a range of industrial
and financial optimisation problems.
Important Dates:
Submission deadline: 11 November 2005
Notification of acceptance: 12 December 2005
Camera-ready due: 9 January 2006
Conference: 10-12 April 2006
This website (http://www.evonet.info/eurogp2006) offers
information relevant to all 10 events and will be developed
further over future months.
A one page brochure is also available to download at
