[cemi] Tutorials for the morning/early afternoon

Hi all,

some of today's tutorials take a bit of time, so I'm planning to start the lecture at 10am instead of at 9am; that will give you time to get the long-running things started.

Start with basic genome assembly (on an m1.xlarge):

follow with setting up a BLAST server:

and then also start running Prokka:
